The opportunity
We’re hiring for you to join our team as a sales associate in our store. In this role, you will be the face of our Boutique.
As a retail associate, you will:
- Customer Service – Greets every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, Provide required and requested information to customers as they enter the store. Offer friendly and enthusiastic answers to customer questions.
- Ask questions of customers to identify needs and work with them to provide options.
Cashwrap – Complete customer transactions while following our store’s policies and procedures. Responsible for accuracy in counting money and providing change. Communicates pricing information from receipt.
- Store Operations – Maintains a neat, clean, and safe environment for our internal and external customers. This includes but is not limited to clearing trash from the floor, cash wrap, and stockroom, returning clothing, accessories back to where they belong according to our store standards, cleaning the associate breakroom and restrooms, vacuuming, cleaning mirrors and front walkways along with any other housekeeping items deemed necessary.
- Merchandising – Receives inbound freight, prepares, and places merchandise on the sales floor per our standards, completes markdowns, maintains clearance standards and organizes and maintains the stockroom.
- Fulfillment – Completes all functions of the fulfillment process including locating items, inspecting condition of product, packaging and label placement ensuring readiness for pick up/delivery.
- Asset Protection – Follows all asset protection policies and procedures.
- Personal Development – Actively participates in our monthly team meetings and ongoing training. Is open to and responsive to coaching and feedback.
- Other Duties – Performs other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications
Customer service experience preferred (i.e., retail sales, sales associate, front desk, site management, and/or other customer-centered sales roles)
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
*Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
*Must have reliable means of transportation.
*Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
*Regular attendance and timely arrivals.
- Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak hour shifts.
- Effective communication skills, being open to feedback and the ability to act on it.
